Tips On How To Make It Through 6th Grade
- Get good grades and keep them up.
- Be a positive leader not a follower.
- Get your homework done on time.
- Turn in all work that is due.
- Don't be a bully.
- Listen closely to what the teacher says.
- Stay on task at all times.
- Try not to be late to any of your classes.
- Choose your friends carefully and make sure they are your true friends.
- Be careful of who you hang out with.
- Don't try to solve your problems on your own tell someone about it instead.
- Try as hard as you can on your work.
- Set goals for yourself.
- Sometimes your peers pressure you into doing something bad so be careful about that.
- If you don't feel comfortable around someone because of something they did to you tell an adult right away.
- Try to avoid arguments and stay out of fights.
- Don't be tardy arriving for school.
- Don't annoy your teachers.
- Choose good word choices when talking to someone.
- If you need help ask for it.
- Remember everyone around you is there for you and will help you anytime you need help.
- Don't give up no matter what just keep trying.
- Believe in yourself at all times.
- Study for all tests so you are prepared.
- If you have a bad grade work as hard as you can to get it up so you pass the class.
- Try to pass all your classes.
- Be an A student.
